C.Campbell Riding Lessons and Trail Rides / Share a Horse Club, our goal to is to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable while still having fun whether it be a riding lessons, day camps or trail rides. Experience the beautiful scenery of Southern Utah by riding up and down hills, crossing the sparkling rivers and seeing the wildlife along the way. Watch for Facebook posts about sales and discounts around Holidays and special events. I also have gift certificates if you would like to buy a trail ride for someone else for a birthday, Mother's day or anniversary.

Riding Lessons

I offer horse riding lessons in Hurricane Utah, teaching of basic and advanced riding, saddling and care for the horses, groundwork, balancing. riding the correct way, trotting and cantering. Everyone will start in the round pen learning how to stop, turn and gain control until they are comfortable with the horse then we will go outside the round pen into a large pasture where we practice turning around trees, learning patterns, how to trot and canter. I teach lessons a lot different than most instructors, I have the kids play a lot of games on horseback, they are having fun and don't realize that they are actually learning. Flag race teaches balance, figure 8 race teaches how to turn tightly etc... I teach children ages 5 and older, teenagers and adults are welcome! I also teach barrel racing, pole bending, goat tying and goat tail pull if interested. Riding lessons are $45 for 1 hour lesson, sometimes longer if we go out on a trail ride. Birthday/wedding/anniversary/ family reunion etc.. Parties with 1 or more horses are $120 an hour plus $ for fuel, guests will be able to ride the horses (on a lead line) weight limit still applies (240 lb. limit). If the weather is warmer the paint the horse activity is very well liked at birthday parties. I accept Cash, Check, Cash app, Venmo.

Share a Horse Club Day Camp

Share a Horse Cub has day camps all throughout the year and a few times each month, your welcome to register for one, a few or all of them. We will be learning about the parts horse and parts of the saddle and playing games with the horses while learning how to properly ride a horse the right way. Each day camp we do a variety of activities and games, here is a list of some of the things we do: magazine scavenger hunt parts of the horse/saddle quiz paint the horse learning patterns, tree ribbon pulls paint a horseshoe to take home mounted egg and spoon race blind fold tack guessing game flag race 3 in a row figure 8 race and more! Children ages 5 to 18 are welcome to join us! Each day camp is $45 per child. Contact us for dates and times to get on the schedule!

Trail Rides

C.Campbell Trail rides is a great opportunity to get out and explore Southern Utah while on the back of a horse. Book a ride for just yourself or up to 10 people. Everyone will be on safe horses that are willing to take you anywhere you want to go. There is a weight limit of 240 and I have different horses to fit everyone's needs. Children ages 5 and older are welcome to join also and can ride double if needed. There are plenty of trails to choose from that range from 1 hour (minimum) to 4 hours (maximum). Cancellations are to be notified 48 hours before the ride. Weather conditions may affect the ride and may be rescheduled. Please make sure to dress appropriately for the different weather changes. Warm clothes, closed toe shoes or boots, warm socks and gloves. Sunscreen, bug spray, and hat. List of Trails.
